RSN MEDIA d.o.o. in accordance with its legislation, enables its customers to constantly inspire and access information about the company and information related to the essential characteristics of the products and services it has and its offer during its operations and visitors to the website www.rsn.si.
Business process
Contractual relationship between the subscriber and the company RSN MEDIA d.o.o. starts with the subscriber's receipt / offer confirmation in written or oral form. In the oral form, we confirm only small orders or re-orders (for which the conditions have not changed and are related to the previously issued pre-bill / bid).
The delivery deadline for a particular product, product or service is a matter of individual agreement between RSN MEDIA d.o.o. and subscribers, and is recorded in the offer / proforma invoice or in the case of smaller orders, previously agreed in the form of a written (in the form of an e-mail) or an oral agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, the takeover of products and products is possible at the headquarters of our company. The cost of delivery, shipping of goods are not included in the price. Receiving and sending can be arranged by the subscriber himself. In the case of arranging delivery by the subscriber, RSN MEDIA d.o.o. does not assume the responsibility of the delivery deadline, damage to goods and other irregularities.
Complaints of goods
The consumer has the right to advertise the company within 8 days of receiving the goods (at the contact e-mail: [email protected] or at the number +386 8 205 14 4 55).
The time limit shall start to be counted one day after the date of takeover. The only cost that the consumer charges in respect of the reclamation of goods is the cost of delivering goods. Goods must be returned to the seller no later than within 8 days after the message about the complaint or the inadequacy of the material has been submitted.
The goods received must be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced. Repayment of payments will be made as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days from the confirmation of the reclamation by RSN MEDIA d.o.o..
In order to ensure the legitimacy and timeliness of the return and provide a record of payments, the refund of the payment to the buyer is made exclusively by transfer to his transaction account.
You can not refund a cash payment!
Method of payment
Rsn d.o.o. operates through a company's current account and allows payers to make payments in the form of transfers made on the basis of a bid, an advance account, an advance account or an account.
The buyer is obliged to check the contents of the account or the accuracy of the information given. Any mistakes or rejection of the letter is possible within eight days of the date of receipt. Subsequent complaints, objections or rejections will not be taken into account.
